We are encouraged to support our local businesses. I am absolutely in favor of this-as my husband and I are business owners. I want to share this story: Last Sunday I was out of town visiting my sister, my phone stopped working, and you know how we are about our cell phones.
My phone service is with one of the wireless carriers operated out of Jackie’s Fashions. I called Jackie “Payne” that Sunday morning, I knew her business was not open but I took a chance that I might reach her before she started with church activities.
I was able to reach her, she was very courteous and professional, even though she was busy with family matters. I texted her later to inform her that the issue had been resolved. Well, on Tuesday she called me to see how everything was going.
I was really impressed with her follow-up and her dedication to promote good customer service and satisfaction.
As it turned out, I did require further assistance from her. Payne worked diligently with me until my phone issues were rectified.
I appreciate such patience and dedication; thank you Jackie’s Fashions; keep up the good work. I just thought this was a story worth sharing.
