Allyson Leann Culpepper, 29, a resident of Headland and formerly of Union Springs, passed away on Tuesday, November 10, 2020.
Graveside services were held on Saturday, November 14, 2020, at 12:00 p.m. from Union Springs Perpetual Care Cemetery with Rev. Norman Simmons officiating and Gray Funeral Home directing.
Allyson was ill for many years and was a blessing to all that she met. She loved her books, movies, food, family, and her dog Max.
Through all her trials, she kept her faith and was a devout Bible reader and read the Bible through several times. She touched the lives of so many people and will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, A. C. and Peggy Houston and Lester and Myrtice Culpepper.
She is survived by her parents, Lester, Jr. and Ann Culpepper; brother, Scott Culpepper; sister, Hope Culpepper; aunts, Betty (Bo) Woodfill, Debbie (Lamar) Rotton, Mary (Rendy) Taylor, Judy (Leon) Singleton; uncles, Earl (Frances) Culpepper and Genie Coffield; numerous cousins. Pallbearers were Bryan Strickland, Jake Andrews, Rendy Taylor, Lamar Rotton, Brad Arrington, and Barry Culpepper.
Memorials may be made to Allyson's account at Ameri-First Bank in Union Springs to help with funeral expenses.
The family received friends at Gray Funeral Home from 10:30 a.m. until service time on Saturday.
