The one-stop-shop at the Judge of Probate Office is still going strong. January 4, 2021 marks the fifth anniversary where citizens can purchase their tags at one office.

Judge James E. Tatum stated that it is a huge convenience for the citizens of Bullock County.

He thinks the one-stop-shop is one of his best accomplishments. He said the citizens of Bullock County love it, and so does his staff. Before the one-stop-shop, citizens had to go to two offices, the Revenue Commissioner’s office and the Probate Office, to purchase tags.

Judge Tatum believes this saves the citizens about 10-15 minutes when purchasing their tags.
