The Alabama Field Trial Association will hold its annual meeting on June 19, 2021, at Greenway Sportsman Club in Union Springs. The business meeting will begin at 4:00 p.m. for club officials only. The social hour will start at 6:00 p.m.
A steak dinner and an awards ceremony will start at 7:00 p.m. to honor last year's best field trial dogs, special ambassadors of the sport, and the Youth Handlers of the Year. Reservations are required for dinner.
After dinner and the awards ceremony, a live auction will be held to benefit the Alabama Field Trial Association. A professional auctioneer from Shelbyville, TN, Woody Woodruff, will guide the action. Many people and businesses from around the southeast have graciously donated wonderful and unique items to be auctioned off.
We will auction off everything from sporting equipment, vacation rentals, rafting trips, fishing trips, home decorations, champion stud dogs fees, artwork, horseshoe art, Garmin tracking and dog training equipment, Purina ProPlan dog food, horse tack and equipment, horse trailer acid-washes, cabin rentals to custom laser cut signs and many more items too numerous to mention.
Come out and buy yourself a treat, a present for someone else or do your Christmas shopping early. Whatever the reason, your support will continue to promote Alabama Field Trials and Union Springs, Alabama as the Field Trial Capital of the World.
Dinner is $20.00 per person, and you must make reservations with Renee Peek at 334-314-8196 by June 14, 2021.
The auction will begin immediately after dinner and the awards ceremony. Attendance at the auction is free, and no reservation is required. No credit cards will be accepted.
