Vegetable production program held at Richard B. Stone Complex

By Jeffery Moore

Recently Bullock and Barbour County held a vegetable production program.

This was a joint program between Tuskegee University Cooperative Extension program and Auburn University Cooperative Extension System.

The program covered insects and diseases, garden location, resistance varieties, irrigation, fungicides, insecticides, etc.

Fifteen attended personally and sixteen virtually with a total of thirty-one people with interest.

For more information on vegetable production, lawn and turf, landscaping plants, or controlling insects and diseases, call 334-687-5688 or 334-738-2580 or come by the County Extension office.
