Stan “Chilly” Cooks, Minister Dorothy and Elder Joseph Jones

Elder Joseph and Minister Dorothy Jones home was chosen “Yard of the Month” for August. City Councilman Stan Cooks and the Outreach Council selected the yard.

The yard is beautiful and filled with trumpet vines, solar lights, rock gardens, lantana, plum tree, hosta, crepe myrtles and portulaca to name a few.

“What God has blessed you with, take care of,” said Elder Jones. “Our house outside and inside reflects God,” Minister Jones added.

The Jones have lived for 22 years at this location on the Peachburg Road.
