To the Editor:

I would like first and foremost to offer my sincere and heartfelt condolences to the family of the late Dr. Ireneo Domingo.

I was both shocked and saddened to hear the news of his passing. He was a very humble man and a great physician.

The quality of care he gave to his patients, I was one, came from an honest concern for their health and welfare.

To the family and all others who are mourning this loss, remember Isaiah 61:3. God has promised “the oil of joy for mourning and the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness”.

Let us not dwell on his death, but celebrate his life. Sleep on Dr. D. I hope to see you in Heaven on that great day when all God’s children get together. What a time we will have.
