Bobbie Ann Tarver

With deepest sympathy, Carter Funeral Home announces the transition of Ms. Bobbie Ann Tarver, 60, of Midway. Alabama.

Ms. Tarver transitioned into eternity, May 4, 2019 while surrounded by her caring family. Celebration of Life Services was held Saturday, May 11, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. from the sanctuary of the Union Springs First Assembly of God, Peachburg Road Community.

The message of comfort was rendered by Pastor, Jon M. Peters. Interment followed in the New Bethel Cemetery, Highway 51 North., Midway, Alabama. Ms. Tarver will lay in repose at the church one hour prior to Celebration of Life Services.

Public visitation was held Friday, May 10, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Carter Funeral Home. Ms. Bobbie Ann Tarver was born August 24, 1958 in Tuskegee, AL to the late Corella and Clifford Tarver. Bobbie confessed Christ and joined the Union Springs Assembly of God Church where she attended faithfully.

She entered into eternal rest in the arms of the Lord on May 4, 2019 at the home of Loretta and Timmy Shield.

She was preceeded in death by: a son, Derrick Tarver; mother, Corella Tarver; father Clifford Tarver; sister, Ollie Gachett, and brother, Otis Tarver.

Bobbie leaves to cherish her loving memories: two sons; Kametrez (Felicia) Tarver, and Jerry (Daisha) Tarver and one daughter Kimberly Tarver.

A devoted companion, Jerry Goshay, three granddaughters; Jer’Miaya, Destiny, and Rachardonnay, three grandsons; Savion, Kamarion, and Ju’Darious, four great grands; Khloe, Skylar, Ayden, and Antwan, five sisters; Roberta Simmons, Clifford (Earl) Reese, Willie M. Tarver, and Loretta (Timmy) Shield, Patricia (Lee) Dubose, two brothers; Corneal Tarver, and James (Christina) Tarver, one aunt Willie M. Cobb, one brother-in-law Roy Gachett, one sister-in-law Tammy Tarver, devoted nieces; Latasha Tarver and Corella Rogers, devoted friends; Diane Murray, Sandra Scott, Tammy Hollingworth, Mary Pettiway, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
