Carter Funeral Home announces the transition of Ms. Betty Ann Oliver, 62, of Union Springs, Alabama on October 23, 2019 at her residence.
Homegoing Services was held Saturday, November 2, 2019 at 12:30 p.m. from the sanctuary of the Mt. Coney Missionary Baptist Church.
Words of comfort was delivered by the pastor James N. Robbins, Sr. Interment followed in the Antioch Baptist Cemetery.
Ms. Oliver lay in repose at the Church one hour prior to Celebration of Life Services. Public visitation was held Friday, November 1, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Carter Funeral Home.
Betty Ann Oliver was born June 12, 1957 to the late Willie James and Lila Mae Oliver in Union Springs, Alabama. She was educated in Bullock County, Alabama. She was a faithful member of the Mt. Coney Baptist Church for many years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie James and Lila Mae Oliver; her sister, Martha Ann Oliver; nephew Jimmy Lee Todd Jr. She leaves to cherish her memories her husband, Willie Penn; Her children, Quinton Oliver (Tasheena), Gerald Oliver, Session Oliver, Cleveland, Ohio, Sylvia Streeter, Midway Alabama; Sister; Mary Ann Oliver, Union Springs, Alabama; Brother; Willie Lee Oliver, Cleveland Ohio, special love nieces; Tamisha Love, Fort Riley, Kansas, Lamisha Oliver, Union Springs, Alabama, Alexis Oliver, Cleveland, Ohio, her grand children, host of uncles, aunts, cousins, family and friends that cherish her memory for a lifetime.
