Martez Lampley, 2019 graduate of Bullock County High School, was honored by Wallace Harris, a 1976 graduate of Bullock County High School.

Lampley received a check for $1000.00 to be used to further his education. He plans to attend Trenholm State Community College​ in Montgomery.

His goal is to become a welder. Lampley was honored for his outstanding service to his church, family, community, and school.

This is the second year Wallace Harris has given a $1000.00 scholarship.

Fredrina Hatcher, of Conecuh Springs Christian School, was last year’s recipient. Harris is committed to supporting the outstanding youth of our community who have overcome adversities.
