On January 15, 2020, Elaine Tarver was presented with an award at the Association of Alabama Tax Administrators Licensing Conference held in Prattville, Alabama.

Debra Lambeth, AATA President stated, “Congratulations Elaine on your accomplishments and completing the coursework required to be awarded the designation of Alabama Certified Licensing Administrator.

It is an honor to present you with your certificate.”

The coursework was provided by the Government & Economic Development Institute of Auburn University.

Judge Tatum stated “Elaine has served as Chief Clerk since December, 2013.

"I cannot begin to express the value of her commitment to our office and the community. She does an outstanding job in meeting the needs of our customers/citizens.

"This is Elaine's second State of Alabama certification during her tenure with the Bullock County Judge of Probate Office.

"Congratulations and I'm very proud of her on her latest accomplishment.”
