Over fifty citizens gathered on April 23rd to give their input on the best way to unite and move forward as one community through relationships, resources and community service.

Leaders from the Alabama Cooperative Extension System/Bullock County office organized and facilitated the event which sought to gain significant input from Bullock county residents about their vision and hopes for the future of Bullock County and the city of Union Springs.

Dr. Mathew Ulmer, Extension Specialist with Alabama Cooperative Extension System, led the discussion to help residents envision a better community while highlighting extraordinary attributes that makes for a unique place to live, work and visit.

All are invited to the next Town Hall meeting held on Thursday, May 30th at 6PM in the Bullock County Extension Office.
